  • Guarantee any outcomes or results
  • Provide financial or betting advice

8. Subscription & Payments

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • You may cancel at any time from your account settings
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not liable for any losses arising from your gambling activities
